This week our Five-Star Friday feature is farmhouse sinks. These classic country sinks come in a variety of sizes, materials, finishes and apron designs. Farmhouse sinks were developed before running water even existed. They were designed to be large and deep, as to hold large amounts of water. Check out what these Vintage Tub & Bath customers had to say about their farmhouse sinks.

“I've had this sink three years now since doing my kitchen remodel. I love it and get many compliments. I do use a stainless steel grid to protect the bottom. There are no scratches on the sides or bottom. It looks like the day I bought it.”

“I have a very narrow cabinet because I live in a very old house. The sink that was in my house was a stainless steel, double sink that was starting to rust underneath. I looked everywhere for a sink that measured 25x20 or less. It took a very long time before I found this sink. It is 24x18 and 8.5-inches deep. A dream come true compared to the sink I had before. I had it installed because a frame had to be built for it to sit on because it is an under the counter set up. I love this sink! I tell anyone who will listen to me how great it is. It was delivered on time and in perfect condition.”

“I love my farm sink! I was worried when some people said that theirs was damaged from shipping. Mine arrived safe and in perfect shape. The packaging was intense. It looked like a thick layered of spray-on foam and padding was around the box. I would strongly recommend this sink.”

“I love this sink! Amazing quality, the packaging was great and there were no issues with quality. It gives my home such a high-end fashion with quality and it's just everything I hoped for. I have read other reviews about how the drain isn't level to let everything drain out as easily, but I honestly have no problem. I just use my retractable faucet with the spray setting and problem solved. It’s really not that big of a deal.”
